Red Pine Cabin is a private residence located in central Michigan, open to the public for week-end stay during the months of April-October.  No fees are required and no donations are solicited.  It is the owner's intent that the cabin be used to "bring rest to the body and restoration to the soul".  Guests are simply asked to respect the property and take care in handling the antique books and other furnishings placed throughout.  Reservations are requested to help with scheduling. Because of the increasing popularity of the cabin, it is sometimes necessary to book well in advance.  Check the availability page for the reservation calendar.

   The cabin can sleep 5 (or more if you don't mind sleeping bags on the floor).  Accomodations are simple and designed to provide a restful atmosphere.  No smoking or alcohol on the property, please.  Also, please ask before bringing pets along.  Sorry, we are no longer able to provide phone or wireless internet service.  To learn more about us, click on any of the buttons above.  Thanks for visiting!

     Location:  The cabin is located on M-66 about one and one-quarter miles north of the village of Barryton.  It is approximately 30 miles from Mt. Pleasant and 25 miles from Big Rapids.
